豆瓣酱蒸三鲜

那三鲜?鱼腩、明虾和墨鱼,非常不错的配搭,先用米酒和葱汁腌制半小时。
酱料有薑、蒜、小葱头与豆瓣酱一起爆香,再淋在三鲜上头,在热锅中用大火蒸熟。
